Liked: Location
Disliked: Stairs to the second were too difficult for my wife. We were helped with transfer to another motel but are still awaiting a refund of $172.05.

Great place to stay but...

Liked: How close it was to the water.
Disliked: Got blocked in by fishing boats that parked sideways in the parking lot and would not move. No one in the office so i had to wait till the owners of the boat moved was 4 hrs late

Liked: It was clean and perfect location
Disliked: The keys were taped to the door and no one around for checkout at 8:30 am. I understand it’s a small town but I needed a receipt

Liked: Located right in town, within walking distance of many places. It's a decent no-frills place to stay.
Disliked: The toilet kept running. I told the person at the front desk but it wasn't fixed. I turned the water valve off myself when it wasn't in use.
