Beware of neighbors next door

Liked: Location, cleanliness
Disliked: Wifi was awful. People next door were very loud and disruptive. Yelled quite a lot and banged the floor and furniture often. Ruined our stay.

A much better facility than...

Liked: The rooms were a little tight but very much as expected and more functional than expected with a refrig. and very comfortable beds and linens. A very good value for the price, especially given that many places appeared to raise prices because of the eclipse increasing demand. It was very conveniently located to access the town.
Disliked: The ease of hearing noise, e.g. TV and even people talking in adjacent rooms, was more audible than expected and more audible than ideal but tolerable. The room needs a small night light of some sort. Parking was tight but acceptable.
