Great spot, pub and front...

Liked: Great location close to the beach. Good facilities and lots of different seating areas outside and in. Comfortable, very well decorated rooms
Disliked: Breakfast. The eggs were a hard and plastic consistency. Black pudding was overcooked

A really nice place to...

Liked: We were taking Le Shuttle next day, so the Ship is excellently positioned for that. It’s also close to the sea, so evening walking was possible. The whole place is understated, but quite classy. Big bedroom too.
Disliked: Risotto was too watery. No yoghurt available for breakfast. First world problems!

An absolute gem of a...

Liked: The property was immaculately clean, lovely interior and fabulous location. The beach was less than a 5 min walk! And port lympne safari park 15 minute drive. The food in the pub was beautiful, we had both dinner and breakfast and we enjoyed every single bit. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The church view room was beautiful and cosy, it had absolutely everything we needed. A fan - which was much needed, radiator, iron, hairdryer, hand washes and body washes. Also tea and coffee facilities and water and biscuits. Thank you for an amazing stay will 110% recommend and be back.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing! But The stairs are very steep and unlevel but that can’t be helped!
