Liked: Friendly staff and unlimited biscuits and tea making facilities
Disliked: The room was only cleaned once in 11 days

All in all a very...

Liked: Friendly staff and good location within Lerwick.
Disliked: Some of the furniture in my room could have been a bit more comfortable.Heating was on via electric radiator but not much ventilation.
