Amazing, professional & very helpful...

Liked: Very clean, close to nearby restaurants & bars, very comfortable bed & relaxing.
Disliked: The air con didn’t seam to get cool and there was no window opening which made the room very warm especially when it was 28 degrees outside.

Amazing weekend and would definitely...

Liked: Liked all being in the one room. Nice decor.
Disliked: Didn’t like how the roof terrace was advertised, we went up to sit and chill on the morning to find the doors locked we found this disappointing.

Very comfortable, spacious and convenient

Liked: It’s good for what we needed in terms of a big room and big beds, very spacious room and bathroom, in-built Bluetooth speakers are cool and great value for money. Great, central location and a 5 min walk from the train station.
Disliked: Could do with a telephone in the room to easily call reception, TV was difficult to turn off and on, room service needs to be advertised in the room as we were unaware until the next day.

Liked: I wasn't happy with the room given to me upon arrival and they changed it to a better one staff was always polite and helpful
