Thank you -what a beautiful...
Liked: Very convenient location. Clean and comfortable.Attractive historic pub, very well cared for. Easy parking right outside.Generous breakfast. Lovely friendly staff.
Disliked: Only the green emergency light,, made it a bit bright in the bedroom. Also some traffic noise at night, as we needed the windows open.

A vert good place to...
Liked: The room was a good size, comfortable, and well equipped. We didn't hear other guests or folk in the bars downstairs. The staff were very friendly and the pub itself was very welcoming and had a really good range of real ales. We we're tired and wanted to eat in the pub so were disappointed to learn that there were only sandwiches available and these were sold out by 7.30 pm. Stourbridge is not well served by good eateries so we had to picnic. We were also disappointed to learn that the breakfast was extra. I feel that Booking.com's website generally fails to make this clear when making the booking; it is not clear in the layout of the booking form nor in the language used. However that is Booking.com's shortcoming not the 7 Stars. I would recommend this inn to any friend.
Disliked: As I have said: Booking.com os not sufficiently explicit about the breakfast being extra. The inn is on a busy road and near a railway station so it was my prejudice that I would not get a good night's sleep. That's not the case and I woke up rested.

All good!
Liked: The pub itself is worth a visit too - amazing selection of ales and original Victorian decor. Room also good and very reasonably priced.
Disliked: A bit noisy with traffic at the front

Excellent stay
Liked: Had an excellent stay at The Seven Stars when visiting the area for work. Room was small but had everything you need. Bed comfortable. Large walk-in shower which was great. The landlady was lovely and all the staff were really pleasant. Breakfast was outstanding and excellent value for £9.50. Building had bags of character with a tiled hall and landing Also a bit of history - Robert Plant played his first gig as a 15 year old at The Seven Stars !Would definitely stay here again if in the area.
Disliked: Nothing negative. All good
