Liked: Staff is superb with the exception of the restaurant facing the sea the pool and the main restaurant indoors were amazing, everyone was super helpful with no exception
Disliked: Breakfast is a bit limited and quality of the cooking is not great, spa is very pricy and quite basic facilities

Liked: The staff at Setai impressed us from the moment we arrived. The front desk employees were exceptional, demonstrating attentiveness and genuine warmth that truly enhanced our experience. My husband formed strong connections with the staff and didn't want to leave. We will definitely return to Setai, not just for its stunning beauty, but also for the lasting relationships we built with the staff. Liked: The pool staff was attentive
Disliked: The over all staffing. Was very poor. I waited 25 minutes every day to get my vehicle. I asked on Wed, Thur and Fri to get my Rolls Royce washed it was finally washed Friday. Onnky one staff member at desk to check out created a line so I had my assistant call to check out.My room was floor 4 and poor view my assistant asked for a new room room was told no. Painting in the common areas while I was there. Overcrowded with people didn’t feel remotely exclusive and very over priced for the room and service
