Very good

Liked: The hotel is very stylish and a lot of thought has been put into its interior design. Staff were very helpful and attentive, giving the impression that nothing was too much trouble.
Disliked: I received a lot of phishing emails. I contacted both the hotel and Booking.com, and was told it was being looked into, but months later it was still going on. I nearly cancelled, but glad I didn't.

Exceptional

Idyllic luxury boutique hotel

Liked: Gorgeous property in a perfect location. Comfortable facilities and bed. Nice little extras, like a smeg tea kettle in our room.
Disliked: Our room was very small for 2 of us. We’d love to stay again, and plan to upgrade to a larger room next time.

Superb

Excellent hotel in an excellent...

Liked: Excellent reception staff. Great room, immaculately clean. Typical small London hotel room, but worked well with 2 people. Quiet room as requested.About 8 mins walk from the railway station. It was easy to come by train from Heathrow, despite a train change in the journey. Richmond is lovely.
Disliked: I noticed the plane flight path at times!Be careful of any scam emails that look legitimate. Always go through contacts via the Booking.com site.

Comfortable beds

Liked: The beds were very comfortable. The curtains were blackout curtains, for someone who normally lives in the country with no street lights it was great.
Disliked: There was no breakfast tea in the rooms only earl grey and the extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work.

Liked: Staff at reception when we checked in
Disliked: Rooms were congested , small and hot . Could not sleep . Also noise from other people staying at the hotel .iPads in the rooms did not work .

Brilliant!

Liked: Reception area is stunning and cozy and gives that sophisticated vide which is wonderful. Staff are so polite and professional. Elevators were nice and the stairs looked great. Room was cozy and elegant, bathroom is cute regardless being small.Both room and bathroom were spotless.Very impressed in a great way, will go back just because it’s that good.
