Liked: Great location for access to the heart of Richmond. Really responsive and attentive staff. One of the best standards of breakfast I have had anywhere. Outstanding value for money

Lovely stay in a charming...

Liked: Super helpful staff and parking available (for a fee). Was given an upgraded room as booking was for two people and we couldn't fit into original room.

Would definitely stay here again

Liked: Staff were helpful, room was clean, modern & attractive, hotel is a short walk from cafes, shops etc
Disliked: Our room was small,more storage space would have been good, ie shelves for clothes etc.
