Liked: The staff were lovely and so helpful. Norman’s Bar food was excellent.

Disliked: No room service while I was there. It is only every 3 days which is ok except bins left and I had to go and ask for tea sugar milk (which I was given). I would have preferred every 2 days

Liked: This was our second stay at the sefton, this time was as good as the first, very friendly and approachable staff, the facilities left nothing wanting, perfect location for plenty of local transport, shops, and entertainment, and what a view, right on the promenade, already booked for next year.

Excellent hotel in prime location

Liked: The rooms were huge and the balconies were very attractive. The breakfasts were amongst the best we’ve had at a hotel for a long time. The restaurant was an added bonus with delicious food and friendly staff.
Disliked: Nothing
