2 night stay

Liked: Nice room, relaxing hotel bar, staff all friendly. Quite in the room at all times. Free underground parking for my motorbike.
Disliked: Slight delay in checking in but I was staying at the very end of TT race week which would have been incredibly busy. It didn't really matter to me as I just had a drink in the bar and relaxed.

Good location, poor sleep

Liked: Central locationBreakfast was goodStaff efficient and friendly on check inEncore bar a great vibeBath and a shower Luggage room was great for the last day
Disliked: Pillows were awful.....very thin and even flatter when u lay on them which affected nights sleepAsked at reception about swimming- were told go and get Ur things and come back.....to come back to be told sorry pool is full-disappointing

The perfect place to stay

Liked: Welcoming friendly staff throughout, the hotel is beautiful with newly refurbished rooms with a balcony overlooking the amazing atrium. Very good breakfast. The Bonsai restaurant has fantastic food and service and the Encore bar is a very relaxed place.The location is excellent.We stayed here for our wedding on the Wednesday in Douglas, we arrived on the early ferry from Heysham. We arrived at the hotel shortly after 8am to see if we could leave our luggage and the lovely receptionist (Carys) was very helpful. She checked to see if our room was ready and amazingly it was. Even though check in wasn't until 15:00 we was able to go to our room straight away.I can't recommend The Sefton, Bonsai and Encore enough, simply amazing throughout. Thank you so much to all the staff for making our stay perfect.We hope to see you again Keith & Anna
