Liked: Great location so close to the beach, lovely facilities at Sefton, comfort in the rooms 5*, guesthouse was super clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Overall outstanding value for our trip to Blackpool.

Liked: Lovely clean presentable guesthouse, wonderful host, comfortable well designed spacious room. WiFi was strong. Overall great value and location spot on so close to the sea front yet in a quieter area of the town in the North.

Liked: Really nice B&B, great size room for a single, comfy double bed. Cleanliness 10/10. Great location just outside the town centre, so quiet at night. Facilities were great and breakfast was delicious, a good portion. Staff helpful, overall great value.
