Great location and facilities for...

Liked: Location, and facilities were great!
Disliked: Staff at Reception seemed flat, disinterested, & only going through the motions. A little short & abrupt with a few enquires regarding pool towels & a few other questions. Actually we came out of the lift for breakfast and court two young ladies mid conversation swearing and speaking poorly, which my 6 and 10yr old heard. Seemed rough & not a polished professional service.
