Liked: Room was pretty good
Disliked: We purchased a special including 5 breakfasts for our family. The receptionist gave us 2 bags. I said what are these? She said 'your breakfasts'. I said you are kidding me.

Great location but showing its...

Liked: Staff were polite and friendly.Location excellent.
Disliked: Single beds were totally uncomfortable. Mattress had lost there structure.Pillows were too hard and uncomfortable.The climate control was old and not easily understood.Apartment was extremely tied and needs a refurb.Oven was not cleanFront filter of dryer was held on by tape and continually fell off when used.No blankets In apartment.No tea towel in kitchen.Glass doors to shower ensured rest of the bathroom floor became wet.No spare bin bags for kitchen

Good location. Disappointed the spa...

Liked: The location and spacious room. Family friendly.
Disliked: Very disappointed the spa was not in use. That was one of the main reasons we selected this hotel.
