Liked: Staff were polite and friendly.Location excellent.
Disliked: Single beds were totally uncomfortable. Mattress had lost there structure.Pillows were too hard and uncomfortable.The climate control was old and not easily understood.Apartment was extremely tied and needs a refurb.Oven was not cleanFront filter of dryer was held on by tape and continually fell off when used.No blankets In apartment.No tea towel in kitchen.Glass doors to shower ensured rest of the bathroom floor became wet.No spare bin bags for kitchen

Disliked: Very disappointed the spa was not in use. That was one of the main reasons we selected this hotel.

Liked: Boxed cereal breakfasts? Good size kitchen with facilities that I can prep my own snacks or light meal.Overall, the apartment is a good size with basic facilities.
Disliked: The mattress is too well used & needs a new one & replacement!! Is there an option to change rooms if this is not up to par? I believe this block is private residences & some units are leased out to Accor using their name/brand but maintenance & in-house inventory is Owners’ responsibilities?
