Great view but overall fell...
Liked: View was Amazing
Disliked: We didn't let it dampen our night, but fell short of expectations. We arrived excited for what we anticipated would be a luxurious night away, especially at $1200. Unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming from the outset. Staff lacked warmth and came across as transactional rather than welcoming. Their service felt more in line with a 3-star property, which was noticeable to all in our group, and that should not be the standout memory at this price level.The room was not up to luxury standards: no coffee machine (just sachets), and an electric socket was hanging from the wall—details that suggest poor maintenance. At checkout, I politely asked for help with our bags. The staff member initially said “no” with a serious expression before switching to “yes, of course”—a moment that felt awkward and unprofessional. I travel frequently, it seemed the joy of hospitality and service had truly left the building.In contrast, we spent two nights at the Radisson Blu immediately after, where everything—from the service to the room cleanliness and staff professionalism—was exceptional. The experience there was what you expect from a high-end stay: genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and consistent 5-star service.

Horrible stay away!! outdated rooms!...

Disliked: Everything!! The photos on booking.com were soo diffrerent to the actual rooms, such a expensive stay to be disappointed in soo many waysThe rooms are soo outdated and old there was mold everything in the bathroom and shower the roof of the shower was moldy the bath tub was dirty before even using it, the carpart is soo dirty the kitchen looked like it hasn't had a good clean in years The beds were soo uncomfortable the sheets felt like they haven't been changed or washed in a long time and they charge you for a cot never have i paid so much for a room and get charged for a cot for each night on top when checking out Free breakfast to only allowed to pick one item off the menu!! And only one drink!! And the stuff we're soo rude about it such small portions I Call the hotel before booking asking if swimming pool was heated for my young kids and they said yes 27'c the pool was freezing felt like a ice bath, contacted the desk they said it will be fixed in a hour nothing changed for the whole time staying there also the spa was broken Soo soo many things wrong about this hotel i could go on and on your best bet is to stay away from this place

Liked: After an initial hiccup because Booking.com didn't state that some rooms we not refurbished , we were very kindly upgraded by the hotel staff to a refurbished room .The staff were very helpful and friendly and the location was perfect -close to the ferry, trains and light rail.We had beautiful views of Darling Harbour and a peek of the Harbour bridge .We will be definitely be back.
