Comfortable stay in Sydney CBD...

Liked: Great location in the Sydney CBD. The suite was lovely and spacious. Hotel had all amenities including pool and gym. Close to Circular Quay, The Rocks and restaurants in the city.
Disliked: It’s a minor point but parking was not easy. Valet parking works out as better value if you need to come and go.

We liked Sydney and the...

Liked: We had the two bedroom apartment. It was very nice. The beds and bedding were good, and the place was clean. The location was perfect for access to the Sydney Opera House the the Sydney Harbor Bridge. The view was fabulous as shown in the pictures. We would stay here again just for the view.
Disliked: This hotel was indicated to be a five star property, but it just wasn't. It should be accurately listed with four stars. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the onsite restaurant and bar. For Easter weekend, and without notice to expected guests, the bar was closed and the restaurant was closed, except for breakfast. Had we known, we would have stayed somewhere else. Even though the bar and restaurant were closed, there was a placard in front of the hotel the entire weekend inviting people to come in for the restaurant and bar. Maybe it was the weekend, but the staff we interacted with left us with the impression they were doing us a favor rather than wanting to provide good service. At breakfast, coffee was expensive and refills were not included. The gym was a disappointment - too small - and we chose not to use it.
