Superb

Liked: Great location, clean and comfortable room.
Disliked: No bottle of wine for my birthday

Reliable for visiting family with...

Liked: Such a practical location for our needs with many amenities surrounding: supermarkets, shopping centre, great restaurants, train - frequently running into town; gym. Reminded me a lot of the little community hubs around train stations in Tokyo. The area was very quiet at night. Our room was located at the end of a floor - it was very quiet and we slept well.
Disliked: We booked a room with a sofa bed which was made up but as a result took up most of the room. It was a little uncomfortable. We've stayed at the Sebel MP a couple of times before and I feel that other rooms weve stayed in were larger but didn't contain sofa bed. However - our room was a corner, quiet and the kitchen window had a glimpse of the beautiful sunrise.
