Poor

Liked: Food at Yves restaurant. Very comfortable beds
Disliked: No safety bar in over-bath shower. Fixed shower head. No signs or floor directions to separate dining facilities (2)No soap holder in bathroom vanity

Relaxing short stay in a...

Liked: Warm friendly welcome on arrival. Lovely spacious room with comfortable bed, bright modern bathroom, long life milk, private balcony with pleasant views across the park to the main street shops. Easy access to lift. Minutes stroll to town shops, restaurants, markets, pubs. Happy to recommend Yves Restaurant and Hanoi Vietnamese.

Liked: Clean, tidy, spacious room.
Disliked: Single use shampoo and conditioner with hard to peel foil tops could be swapped out for more environmentally friendly dispensers.

Liked: Room was very good
Disliked: Balcony light is centrally controlled and the light stays on until 10pm. Means you cannot sit and have a chilled evening on balcony with full lights on
