Liked: Comfortable bed, quiet room, excellent temperature. Great shower. Facilities were perfect for our needs. Luggage storage much appreciated. Nice park and cafes nearby. Easy access to public transport.
Disliked: Very limited floorspace - good kitchenette but nowhere to eat other than in bed.

Staff upskilling of dealing with...

Liked: Location was great
Disliked: My bedroom window was left open by cleaning staff, but the curtains were drawn across it. When I finally got to my room after 10pm, it was freezing. The A/C was not working and front desk had left. I was unable to find the after hours managers number. The following morning when I reported the issue, front desk staff person was rude and flipped the whole issue back onto me as it was my fault. Apparently, the A/c does not work if the 'vacuum' in the room is not present or a window open, NO where is this stated. !!!
