Exceptional

Liked: Top notch amenities, very cozy and comfortable property. One of the best kitchen I've cooked in complete with high quality equipment like dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, cooker etc. Missus loved the washing machine and drier. :p Kids love the TV with endless programs. if we ever visit Busselton again, no doubt this will be our first choice.

Was perfect for what we...

Liked: Spacious, has everything you need for convenience.
Disliked: Wish the Gym was bigger and need more towels in the bathrooms.

Very disappointed.

Liked: Rooms clean and tidy. Location was good.
Disliked: Reception Staff not helpful at all. My room was right next too indoor heated pool. The pools are open till 9pm which is in my opinion is very late seeing as though most other places pools are closed by 7pm. There were people screaming and yelling till about 9:20pm. We have young children and they couldn’t go to sleep as the noise was echoing in their bedroom from the indoor pools. We rang after hours number to confirm closing pool time which says it’s 9pm. Lady said they would organise for a staff member to go and close it. I even had to go out to the pool and tell the people to keep the noise down as we had little children who couldn’t go to sleep because of the noise. We mentioned all of this to reception staff the next morning. No apologies from them. They were not helpful at all. I understand it being school holidays and it was fully booked out so no chance of a room change but I thought they may at the very least apologise. We asked when we booked 6mths ago for a quiet room which wasn’t honoured. Very disappointing stay at Sebel. Won’t be staying there again.

A relaxing stay

Liked: The stay was great, property was nice and clean and good smelling. Staff were great and facilities were awesome. We enjoyed the pool and loved that indoor pool temperature was perfect considering winters. Highly recommend The Sebel Busselton

Disliked: The room smelt musty when we entered. The cleaning could have been better however the kitchen and supplies for cooking were great.

Exceptional

Liked: The facilities were all extremely clean Including the toilet area near the pool. With three kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and spa
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't enjoy. The only negative feedback I could give is when running a shower the hot water took awhile to come thru but once hot it was totally fine, maybe one more sharp knife in the kitchen and an extra oven tray would of been great.

Sebel holiday stay.

Liked: The location, amenities, room all lovely. Had everything you could possibly need, right down the phone chargers on bedside tables. Would come again.
Disliked: Na

Few years since last visit....

Disliked: Door cards didn’t work on check in. Had to go back to reception to re activate. Reception Manager not particularly interested.Had to advise reception that body wash dispenser in shower was empty. Just observation but one chance to make a first impression. Like Busselton but Resorts need to lift their service game.

Wonderful, thoughtful and caring staff

Liked: The staff could not do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble
Disliked: The beds were a bit hard for my liking although when I asked the team supplied me with a comforter to place on the mattress
