Superb

Liked: Super cute. Impeccably clean. Great cafe next door, also part of the cottages. But the best part is the friendly , kind people that manage the property.

Enjoyable

Liked: It was perfectly located near the beach, parks and shopping. Easy to find and staff was friendly. Windows had screens and curtains for privacy but the sliding door could have used a screen. The shower was decent.
Disliked: As in most hotels / motels the walls were thin. One of the other guests had a nasty cough and was up in the middle of the night in the porch area and we felt like he was right out our door, so woke us up. The fridge, while cute, was very small.

We would definitely stay here...

Liked: Richard the owner was delightful and helpful, and the breakfast at the Biscuit was delicious and a great value!You could tell it was an older building fixed up, not real high end, but very clean and comfortable!

Liked: Cozy, cute, good location. Biscuits are also really tasty! (And reasonably priced!)

Liked: Great remodeled space with well thought out details. Made good use of a small space.
Disliked: There was nothing that we didn't like. Very satisfied.

Liked: The cottages are cute and perfect location. Richard who runs the front desk and the restaurant next door is next level for his customer service. We had a wonderful experience here. We love that it is dog friendly and we could stay with our pups.
Disliked: The bathrooms are small but that's expected for the size of the cottage. Not a deal breaker.

Cute cottage at great value

Liked: Great value for the price! Plenty of room and everything was in good working order.
Disliked: There was no central heating in the unit, just a heater in the bedroom area which made it a little chilly on a March morning.
