Great value hotel with lovely...

Liked: Pat & team made us feel super welcome. The property is motel-style but with beautiful gardens in the middle and a great pool. Easy walk or cycle into PTown center, ample parking.
Disliked: Breakfast is a bit quirky (there is no restaurant, one picks up items and eats in the room or at some tables outside), but still good to have and, again, staff are lovely. Rooms can feel a bit dated but well taken care off.

Liked: Great spot in Provincetown and peaceful, clean, super nice and relaxing pool area - the grounds were immaculate. The little shuttle to town was a bonus.
