Liked: Great staff both on reception and at dinner. The receptionist went out of her way to accommodate our bicycles. Fantastic roll top bath in the room. Lovely cocktail and dinner was fab too.

Liked: Lovely location in the town. Modern room with big bathroom. Dinner in the evening was great. Lovely range of cocktails too.
Disliked: Breakfast buffet was good but Ive had better at hotels with a similar price point.

Could be great but the standards are missing, maybe need a manager to sign off the standards daily or have a checklist f

Disliked: Cleaning standards, no soap or shower gel, check in / checkout experience / way too expensive/ room not in hotel but in a different street / no curtains so too light in room at sunrise / no privacy due to property across the road.
