Nice stay

Liked: Very nice interior, Nice staff and cozy place.
Disliked: Parking was a bit expensive, and the area, although close to the city centre, was a bit sketchy especially at night.

Spacious, clean room with very...

Liked: Spacious room, renovated, soap dispenser with nice quality soap, good towels, helpful staff
Disliked: Both the sink and the shower were clogged, with the water piling up. The bathroom door did not close due to swollen lower side.The paper tissues were missing from the toilet amenities.

Felt very welcome. Very comfortable....

Liked: Staff friendliness, in particular at the reception. Laila helped us throughout our stay providing many tips and suggestions making our stay even smoother and more enjoyable. Room was also very adequate for our situation (incl. extra hanging bed which our 4-year old daughter enjoyed very much). Very generous buffet breakfast, ensuring a hearty start of the day!
Disliked: Basically nothing negative:)

Exceptional

Liked: Very comfortable and worth the price. Laila was being very nice, responsive & welcoming! So does the other staffs - they helped me to heat up my meal :)
Disliked: The pillow is too soft.

nice room!

Liked: very comfortable and just like the description!! Very nice hotel bar as-well!!
Disliked: It’s located right next to a big street, the surrounding area also generally not being very „safe“. We didn’t feel too comfortable walking there at night but nothing ever happened!

Almost perfect hotel

Liked: Great room, Amazing air conditioning, good breakfast, clean, modern
Disliked: Shower had no door and it flooded the bathroom everytime I had to use it.

Liked: The hotel location is very good in berliner tor, which is very near the S1 to the airport, and very close to steindam which have a lot if good restaurants.
Disliked: There is no fridge, cups or cattle or a coffee maker in the room.No desk to work from
