Great hotel

Liked: Great decoration , lots of time/ money have been spent in the interior design of this hotel , perfect if you need to be near the student halls, great beds and bathroom good breakfast. Like a mini Manor House . And good parking options.

Liked: Best location to easy access both city center and Salisbury hill.
Disliked: the shower holder in my room did not work. It should be repaired before the guest check-in.

Liked: Interior is amazing it was quiet at night and clean
Disliked: When someone was watching TV I could hear every single word through the ventilation in the bathroom (rm 3) Also there was a confusion when the member of staff while we were having breakfast said that we have to pay for 1 person for the breakfast while we booked the rate for 2 with breakfast included, the member of staff bring the bill without checking with the reception.. I asked to check with the receptionist and the lady never apologised for the confusion. It was unprofessional.

Liked: Fabulous hotel Fabulous staff absolute credit to the hotelBeds were so comfortable and rooms spotless clean along with the hotelWe travelled with our dog and he was spoilt from start to finish We had our breakfast set up for us in the library which was exceptional The only downside to the hotel is that there is no lift
