Liked: Clean and comfortable room.Great location and Paul and Wendy were so helpful and friendly.Their recommendations for restaurants and days out were excellent.Would highly recommend this hotel.

We were made to feel...
Liked: Welcoming, cosy atmosphere and very helpful and friendly.Clean room providing everything we needed.Parking great on the premises.Quiet area, comfortable bed for a good nights sleep.Would definitely recommend The Saxby Hotel and we will stay again.
Disliked: Nothing.Breakfast would have been a bonus but they do state that they do not provide breakfast during July and August so fair enough.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Filthy carpet. Really hard bed. Dirty and dusty. Not being able to use the bath despite being advertised. No room service. Never any staff about. No option for breakfast. This was the deluxe room. I'd have hated to be in a normal room.
