Fabulous Hotel

Liked: Fabulous, friendly welcome Mary & her husband couldn't do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble.The hotel is clean, there is a large breakfast / dining / function room with a well stocked bar.The room was clean, quiet and privateThere is a lift to all floorsThe outside of the property is clean and welcoming Beach opposite and a short walk into town

Liked: The staff were exceptional. Friendly, polite, helpful & kind.The price included breakfast and super fast broadband.Rooms were well designed, clean and fully equipped. Breakfast was freshly cooked with cereal and fresh fruit available.There is a well stocked barThe hotel is a short stroll into Douglas
Disliked: Being very picky there was mould in the shower and I didn't see a fridge in the bedroom

Liked: The staff were absolutely brilliant, great location and the food was outstanding. Great breakfast and the dinner even better. What a special place.
Disliked: If I had to find a fault the room was a little small but nothing to be concerned with.

Liked: Lovely hotel. Very modern and clean. Staff were great and the breakfast was lovely too
Disliked: I booked a standard twin room with sea view. But when I checked in I was told I had a single room with no sea view as the advertising with yourselves was wrong and I shouldn’t have been able to book that room that I wanted at the price I paid. I explained I had only booked it because of the sea view. I did thankfully end up staying in the room I booked.
