Short but sweet

Liked: I loved the luxury feel of the hotel the staff were really nice and friendly the room which we upgraded was spacious they had set up a bed and the cutest little bathrobes and slippers for my children
Disliked: Being very picky I didn’t like the set up of the room the tv was tucked away in the corner we couldn’t really watch it the ac made the room very cold and there wasn’t a douche in the toilet

Liked: Met Arthut at reception, he couldn't have been any more helpful, and pleasant! Lovdly wat y to be greeted, partucularly as we were only staying for 2 nights. All other staff who we dealt with were also so nice to us
