Liked: Clean, calm, well presented. Good concierge and lobby staff. Great cafe next door. Beds were very comfortable and quiet. Could not fault this hotel.

Disappointing and unpleasant experience at...

Liked: Central location
Disliked: The room wasn't comfortable, when the AC was turned on upstairs became very warm, downstairs was still cold.When taking a shower the water was leaking out of the shower into the toilet area, the floor became all wet. We had to put towels to stop the water from leaking out No cleaning was done in the room in the two days we stayed, they said it was forgotten. When we asked if the room can be changed, they said only an executive room was available and we were asked extra $100.The registration staff at the reception were not helpful.
