Superb

Liked: A beautiful hotel in a very convenient location, neat and clean room with a view, as advertised, breakfast was so very delicious and the dining area has a lovely atmosphere. Only down side was poor service at the Alexander Bar.

Comfortable, clean and very convenient

Liked: The wonderful service and experience we had at the bar. Such a lovely area to sit, chat, relax and of course enjoy a drink.
Disliked: The scrambled eggs. It would be good to have another egg choice, eg hard boiled eggs even.

Clean and comfortable stay in...

Liked: Location right night to southern cross and trams was excellent Bed was very comfortable and shower worked well Glen the concierge was very helpful
Disliked: There wasn’t a single chair in the room Having charged for the room upfront which means they have our details they charged a separate deposit which left a bad feeling. How many guests are likely to go without paying for extras
