Vacation spoiler, not at all...

Liked: only 2 things to note,1) location is ocean drive which is the happening area2) easy beach access and pool access
Disliked: everything else was complete mess,1) apart from reception no one understands English and can't help with you query2) don't book breakfast, it's one per plate per adult which is very less if you are relying on heavy breakfast. they should mention it as a limited breakfast but charging it a lot. last day of our stay breakfast staff did not showed up and we did not got to eat while going to airport.3) no microwave in entire hotel. we asked them to warmup baby milk and they outright mentioned they don't have the means. didn't even tried to help4) one side of the hotel view is big parking lot, if you are lucky and get other side then atleast some pool view with balcony 5) room are not super comfy, large hall but small bedroom 6) matteress is a spring one and very uncomfortable 7) a/c is not effective in bedroom, very small outlet and in Miamis humid weather it won't work8) cleaning services is also not good9) don't go the pictures they uploaded10) pool hours are till 6 pm only
