Disappointing

Liked: The only nice thing I could mention is nice Staff.
Disliked: The hotel is having huge refurbishment works at the moment (DUSTY/NOISY). Pictures on Booking should be updated. what you see is absolutely not what you get. Pool area is dirty (and all beds and umbrellas need to be replaced) . It is more over very noisy. There is no breakfast facilities. I paid a lot for what I had. really disappointed.

Liked: Location great
Disliked: Everything, tired, dirty, workmen everywhere, place very tired in need of some money spending on it. Staff curt not friendly . No Bar in hotel even though it says on booking.com lounge/bar, only pool bar which shuts at 8pm. So expensive our DELUXE room faced a car park which meant curtains had to be closed rooms very basic. Our friends had workman straight outside of theirs so had to keep curtains closed, which was annoying as after reading trip advisor realised they had already received complaints the week before and still rented out rooms we should have been notified work was going on like a building site

Disliked: Hotel was a building site , our room should not have been used, builders were outside our windows by 9 am till 5 pm , very noisy and dusty

Liked: Room was spacious and clean. Pool areas were very nice….Pool drinks and service were great.I forgot to leave a tip for the room cleaner. I have been unsuccessful so far in getting info from the hotel on how to send the money (room 129).

Disliked: Would be nice to have a bar in the lobby that’s open late or even the pool bar to be open later.
