Liked: staff was very welcoming -- from the front desk to the bar to the restaurant. Room very very clean. Valet service on point.
Disliked: the lighting in the room and bathroom wasn't bright enough. There was no place to put our suitcases except in the closet

Liked: That food and bar service was excellent10 of 10. The room cleaning was far below a typical 4 star hotel.the car staff was excellent. Room had no sitting chair shower and bath area very good. The brightest spot of the stay was Brice he ran the pool bar

Liked: The only positive was the check in counter. The manager had top tier customer service.
Disliked: It is embarrassing that this hotel will try to charge almost $1k a night. The location is very odd. To valet you’re pulling up on the side of the street rather than in a parking lot or away from normal traffic. There is a big stain on the carpet to greet you when you walk in. The room is lack luster. Typically with luxury hotels they’ll have some type of clean scent flowing through the common areas-there was none of that. But when you walk into the room there was the strongest smell of bleach as if they just cleaned a dead body. The bed looks as if they forgot half of the bedding. There’s a yellow couch that looks like they found it behind a dumpster. The doors to the room are supposed to be white but there are scuff marks all over making it look really run down. I am in absolute disbelief that they would commit this type of false advertisement to market this trashy hotel as artsy. This needs an overhaul and a complete makeover. But why try to charge as if this is a luxury hotel?!

Liked: Location was perfect, hotel was cute and room was clean.
Disliked: We had an issue with the fridge not working and we were not aware, so food we put in there was spoiled. Staff gave a small credit to compensate and we appreciated it but the experience was upsetting.
