Recommend for St Vincents Hospital...

Liked: I really liked staying there. Im connected with St Vincents Hospital so i would say that if you have to visit the hospital this is the place. Honestly 250 metres away. The code stuffed up but straight on the phone and lovely young man sorted it all. Yes i put in the # code.. i dont know what happened but it all worked out. The area is good for a meal and a drink. If you are travelling by train to central, just walk down to Eddy Ave bus stop and there are 2 buses which stop within 200 metres of the Sarah. I would stay again. The rooms have everything you need from a nice bed to nice bathroom, a fridge and aircon. Recommend.
Disliked: The code box is at knee level and i am 6 foot 3 hahaha.. no nothing.

Frustrating customer service experience put...

Liked: The room is compact, with everything you need and nothing you don’t. A good base if you will be out and about, versus spending lots of time at. Warm, dry and clean in a great area of Darlinghurst close to the action, with lots of bars, restaurants and cafes on your door step.
Disliked: There was a localized power outage on my first night which affected entry to the bedrooms (which you had to type in a code). Fine, these things happen.My call though to customer service was met with, “…there’s lockboxes with fobs in them for the rooms (great), but I have to ring someone else to get the code.”- I had to wait a half hour to get my code to gain entry to my room.- A couple who were trying to check-in the same time I was on the phone got sent to alternative accommodation before coming back. The lockbox code they were given didn’t work. Unsure what happened to them.- I assisted a grandmother and grandson to try get her into her room. Their lockbox was empty. Again unsure what became of them.It was a comedy of errors with no clear structure or process. It made the fire alarm and two trucks that turned up the following morning even more of a debacle/hilarious but I’m unsure I can pin that on The Sarah.

Disliked: Issues with chromecast not connecting, but this was resolved after contacting support

Beautiful hotel rooms, great location.

Liked: Great location, beautifully decorated room and easy check-in. Thoroughly enjpoyed our stay and would definitely book again.
Disliked: Could do with a blackout blind, but only a minor thing (we're used to pitch darkness!).

It was all ok, location...

Liked: Location suited me, close to St Vincents Hospital.
Disliked: Check in was painful, I had to knell down to use the key pad.
