Large, modern rooms - exactly...

Liked: The staff - very friendly before and during our stay. Tracey and Marcus at reception, and the staff in the bistro.Rooms were large , clean and comfortable.Onsite bistro.Swimming pool.
Disliked: Would have liked robes and slippers - especially in winter, also would have been good to go to the pool.No lockers in pool area - there but they don’t use them - if I had known would have left my handbag in my room.Didn’t like that the entire pool was divided into swimming lanes.Surprisingly no amenities in the bathroom - shower cap, cotton pads, etc.

Liked: Staff were exceptional, in particular the lady who checked us in and assisted us with our air con, getting additional items for our room and also personally walked us to get a table at the restaurant. The customer service was beyond exceptional.
Disliked: The only feedback I would give is that the Bar was shut for our stay however it was in the advertised photos. That was a little let down. Also being winter, we only had a thin dooner cover on the bed, which was too cold in Winter.
