Liked: Easy check in and plenty of parking, it was close to what we had planned. Full size toiletries. We didn’t use the pool or gym but they looked to be very nice and clean.
Disliked: The shower head was large and the water pressure odd but the room was otherwise lovely

Liked: Comfortable large room, good shower, very good gym and pool. Lovely setting
Disliked: Having to move rooms late at night due to the horrible humming/ vibrating noise in room 123. Hope the management rectify this.before letting it again. Hats off to Tatania the night receptionist who came up, listened, agreed it was unacceptable and within 20 minutes had prepared another room and moved us. Top-class customer service from Tatania. Food in the restaurant Saturday evening was ordinary, it appeared to be pre-prepared, warmed-up with a few added garnishes- hardly home- cooked as advertised.
