Liked: Breakfast was exceptional.
Disliked: Being hot weather wise, it was difficult to sleep as the room was quite warm. So fans must be provided in such circumstances.

A memorial delightful stay Sandpiper...

Liked: Well maintained clean guest house with free parking. Good quality breakfast and the owners were friendly, helpful interesting people with a great enthusiastic approach to their business.
Disliked: Would have preferred a bigger room and quite a hilly long walk into the main part of Torquay. However the good standards there make up for it.

Exceptional

Liked: We stayed at this lovely guest house for a short honeymoon with our 3-year-old daughter, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. We were a bit worried at first that the room wouldn’t be suitable for a family, but we were pleasantly surprised — it was spotless, comfortable, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everyone we met was always smiling and friendly. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

Liked: Second visit to The Sandpiper. Location excellent. breakfast excellent. Hosts Debbie & Denise superb. Parking very good.
Disliked: Everything was perfect. there was nothing that could be faulted.

Liked: Friendly and welcoming. Spotlessly clean. Delicious breakfast.
Disliked: Shower was difficult to regulate temperature- but possibly my incompetence (!) and I forgot to ask about it.

Liked: This delightful guest house is ideally situated in Torquay. It's a return visit for us and it's been a home from home.Denise and Debbie are charming hosts and the breakfasts are scrumptious!
