Perfect for a night away
Liked: Fantastic welcome very happy and chatty, location was brill right next to the south peir. Everything around you need parking, cafe, pub, chippy and kebab house. Bed was a small double but very comfy plus own shower and toilet Would defo stay again
Disliked: Bathroom door didn't lock, and tv kepted losing signal but was only there to sleep for 1 night so was fine for us.

Great place to stay -...
Liked: The host was lovely, such a warm and friendly welcome which instantly put us at ease. The kids even mentioned how kind he was multiple times after leaving so definitely made an impression. Room was clean and had everything you need for a short stay in Blackpool. Good location in terms of close to Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle, pier etc.
Disliked: Wouldnt say it’s something I didn’t like but was in a room at the front of property which did mean we could hear the singing from the bar across the road so slightly noisy but kids slept right through it and it is in keeping with staying in such a busy location so we didn’t mind.

So dissapointed
Liked: It was near to the parking station we were at.We were able to leave our luggage before check-in time.And it was taken to our room
Disliked: The room was dismall, the cover on the bed was stained.The top box on the wardrobe had no hinge to keep it open. Had to use your head to hold it whilst putting your clothes away. The tv on the wall was a child's 12 inch TV.No restock of coffee, milk, etc There was no restock of towels. We had to reuse damp towels.Toiletries advertised were shampoo and conditioner, soap, we got sample size soap.( Size of a 10p )The room was cold, I slept in a sweatshirt both nights.The door handle was very loose.Such a disappointment, I'd booked the weekend stay as a surprise, I never stopped apologising about the room.I wouldn't recommend itI won't be staying there again.Sorry for the honest feedback .

Exceptional

Clean, basic, good location
Liked: Very clean. Friendly owner.
Disliked: The place is good, basic and good value for money. We have no complaints really. If you are after a clean room and ensuite bathroom and that's it, then it's spot on.However, if you're after a b&b experience...it isn't that. The lounge and dining room remained locked and barely saw another guest our whole stay. Not a complaint as such as it was fine for us for 2nights just a shame there's no where else to sit and no breakfast.
