Passable

Liked: I enjoyed the nice friendly welcome we got and the man was nice enough to let us leave our bags early as we had booked the water park
Disliked: The bed had a dip towards the edge and I felt like I was falling out the bed all night struggled to sleep

Liked: Lovely owner, clean room and hotel, basic but what we expected for the price.
Disliked: The bedroom door was a bit ‘loose’, and lock handle was flimsy. The Yale catch/lock didn’t work. Had potentially been forced at some point due to a split in the door casing near the handle/lock area. Just needs to be repaired.

Liked: The room was small but for the price cannot grumble. You pay for what you get but the room had everything you needed i.e. fridge, tea and coffee facilities. It was clean and was cleaned every morning. The owner was very friendly and helpful and does a great job.

Liked: Made us feel very welcome from the begining, very helpful with answering questions.It was a very clean and friendly place to stay.
Disliked: The only bad thing I could say was it got very hot at night, However that is literally the only thing.

Perfect for a night away

Liked: Fantastic welcome very happy and chatty, location was brill right next to the south peir. Everything around you need parking, cafe, pub, chippy and kebab house. Bed was a small double but very comfy plus own shower and toilet Would defo stay again
Disliked: Bathroom door didn't lock, and tv kepted losing signal but was only there to sleep for 1 night so was fine for us.
