Disliked: Sorry to say but the two single beds the springs had gone in the mattress, which was a shame because it was an excellent place, only mentioning it the owners might not know.

Liked: Good location on the nicer end of Swanage and close to the Coastal Path towards Studland Bay.Well run B&B - great value for money.
Disliked: Rooms are basic but comfortable

Exceptional

Liked: I can't rate this place highly enough. Comfortable, peaceful, perfect location, the English breakfast was fantastic. Their packed lunch option for a fiver was extremely handy aswell! 3 minutes walk and you're on the beach with so much to do amd see in the local area, but John and Martine were the real stars of the show, friendly, welcoming, funny, and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible! Will be back very soon!

Swanage's warmest welcome.

Liked: Perfect location as it is just a 5 minute stroll to the beach. John and Martine are the ideal hosts. Nothing is too much trouble for them to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. The breakfasts are excellent, both in choice and taste. We only had time for a 3-night stay, but wished we could have stayed longer.
Disliked: Nothing... even the weather was good! :)
