Liked: Lovely owners we had room cleaned daily and great breakfast comfy beds would stay again
Disliked: All good

Satisfied

Liked: the room was a reasonable size with a very nice carpet and a comfy bed with a selection of sheets. I was able to get a good nights sleep. There was even ground coffee as well as instant coffee in the room. This was excellent. I also liked the breakfast, because we had a choice of mackerel and kipper as an alternative to a fried breakfast.
Disliked: Lowestoft has a nice beach but the town is very run down and unattractive. Feels depressing and is dead after 6pm

A good time had by...

Liked: Lovely seafront location and close to all amenities. Welcoming hosts and comfortable accommodation. The breakfast room was a communal table and choice of cooked breakfasts very good and nicely cooked.
Disliked: We found the steep stairs to the breakfast room a bit troublesome and there was not a great choice of cereals at breakfast.

Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like. We haven't stayed in a B&B for years and I suppose it feels less private than a hotel. Not a complaint - just how we felt.
