Liked: Liked the pool for my kids the beds were comfy and the shower and bathroom was decent
Disliked: The lady in office a bit rude cut you off dismissed what your saying talks over you ...no bar or food phone in room didn't work had keep googling number to call desk had walk across street for hot tub and indoor pool didn't know was off site until I already booked and got there have a back issue so never made it to enjoy ...the rusted doors were not attractive almost didn't want to touch and I swear the room I saw online was not the room I got

Disliked: This place is not safe, first impression when we arrived, there man in the stairwell doing drugs, intoxicated people everywhere, door to the room did not secure properly. Room dirty, sheets dirty, absolutely unacceptable. As I was checking in I overheard another couple in lobby with same concerns as they were on the phone booking another hotel. We did the same, did not stay there because we did not feel safe and did not feel safe leaving our car in their unsecure parking lot. The photos and listing on booking.com should be reviewed for false advertising. I do not recommend this place to anyone, absolutely unacceptable for a family hotel and kids. I understand our reservation was a non Refundable reservation but i’d very much like to have a conversation about that. We’d like at least a portion if not all refunded because of the safety concerns and less than truthful representation of this establishment on your website. Families are trusting booking.com to provide reputable establishments on their website, I am bringing it to your attention, this is not one of those, and not a good look for your services you provide. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks!

Liked: The hotel, itself, was very nice. The staff were friendly. However the location is terrible! We didn’t sleep all night. Gangs of kids were shouting all night and racing cars up and down the street. Despite paying for 2 nights, we left after the first. Very disappointing
