Disliked: For the price the rooms were dated and in poor condition. The property was in dire need of maintenance and upkeep. For $500 a night it should be remodeled.

Liked: The jacuzzy was disgusting. The restroom there was toilet paper and urine on the floor......We paid close to 600 for this room....there was no remote for the T.V and the room itself was very outdated.
Disliked: I did not like anything about this hotel....

You have great people working...

Liked: Customer service was very good , the view from our room was great. Nice front view.
Disliked: The water in bathroom shower was closing properly and water was coming out, we could hear next door kids screaming and crying as early as 6am. No privacy at all.The room was not what I expected and too pricey.

Liked: The resort was great! But outside of the resort not good at all. Very sad ! Not much to do and the restaurants are none existent.
