Loved the hotel. Beautiful Room. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. Everything we could have wished for. Ten out of ten.

This is definitely the place to stay if you visit St. Albans.

Liked: great location, really nice staff and super helpful, very peaceful at night / when sleeping, bed was huge and comfortable
Disliked: The lift was a bit scary, quite noisy in the morning with lots of banging and knocking on our door 1.5 hours before check out

Clean, comfortable and well appointed...

Liked: Powerful shower, big comfortable bed and a lovely and well-stocked bar area. The staff were also extremely helpful and professional.
Disliked: No fridge in the room the parking is a bit complicated.

Liked: Location and past experience
Disliked: Cleaning issues and no continental breakfast Plus failure to fix issues in a timely manner eg lack of gas in the beer pumps in the bar.

Comfortable, interesting, well-located hotel.

Liked: Location, originality, nice,spacious, comfortable rooms and staff.
Disliked: No mirror if you wanted to sit down to do makeup and dry your hair. No bottled water or a fridge.
