Great location for 3 venue
Liked: It was clean and modern beds are comfortable but the pillows were too high and hard

This hotel is a one...
Liked: Rooms were spotless.
Disliked: I felt bad for reception team. There were so many guests checking in, staff were under pressure, and struggling.to manage, not enough staff on. 2 of us sharing room, one sashe of milk and one traditional tea bag between us. It took 45 minutes to get more. If you are staying at hotel bring your own teabags and milk. I ordered a celebration plate, got one small slice of coffee cake that cost 15 euro!

Lovely stay in Samuel Hotel
Liked: So close to 3 arena. Staff were really lovely and tried to do everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable
Disliked: Had to book floor you were going to outside lift. Bar was downstairs. Weather was lovely so we sat outside and met lovely people but had to go downstairs to get a drink

Mixed feelings
Liked: Excellent location for 3 ArenaRooms spotless and comfortableStaff were friendly and polite
Disliked: The restaurant is either badly managed or something went very wrong that night. It was chaotic. We waited so long for food we were worried we were going to miss the start of the concert we were going to. It was a real pity because when it finally arrived the food was excellent, but we couldn't enjoy it because we had to hurry it down. The wait staff were all apologies even though it was the manager (i believe) who took our order. We got no apology from him.. it should be up to the person who takes the order to take responsibility, but instead, we got apologies from staff that had nothing to do with us. It felt like he was pawning off his error on them. We couldn't figure out what was going on because it wasn't even that busy at that time, but other people were also complaining. Maybe if the wait staff had more support, it might have been better... I don't know, but it was disappointing and chaotic for a 4-star hotel at 300 euro a night.
