Very good

Great location but not worth...

Liked: Great location. The luas red line is just outside the door. Bed was good too. Bathroom & room were clean and tidy thanks to the wonderful hard working staff. The breakfast was very good, a buffet style that you can eat as much as you like from. The check out kiosk was very handy.
Disliked: The room was really not worth the price paid. Yes, it was a great location but the room I stayed in (223) had a broken deadlock and as a solo female traveller this is not ideal at all. If you’re offered room 223 ladies, ask them to change it to a room with a deadlock that isn’t broken. Also, the staff at the front desk spent more time with the people in front explaining what time breakfast was at etc. Only for the fact that I listened to the previous check-in, I wouldn’t have known as they rushed through my check-in. I am hard of hearing so picking and choosing who you decide is worthy of a more thorough check-in is a tad snooty.

Disliked: Our hotel room had a bad smell. We called to get the smell checked out waited over 20minutes and no one came. I called again for some air freshener and the lady came with free drink coupons

Liked: Only 10 minute walk to 3arena so perfect for concert goers and 15 minute walk to train station
Disliked: Although the beds were very comfy, the pillows were very thick and like bricks was hard to get some sleep on them
