Liked: Service was good, esp with home made muffins. Place is cosy and feel like a home.
Disliked: Bathroom has no hanger and too small to change.

I'd stay here again and...

Liked: Easy logistics, great value for the price, super clean and quiet rooms and common spaces.
Disliked: More seating for dining.

Best place to stay in...

Liked: We have stayed at the Salida Inn and Hostel before, no reason to check other places to stay while visiting Salida. Great location, great staff, great price, great being able to use the kitchen to make our meals and eat in, we enjoy relaxing on the sofas in the living room, It’s all good.

Wonderful hostel in a historic...

Liked: Very clean, spacious room, keypad entry, kitchen supplies were well labeled. Interesting books. Nearby trail along river and wildlife viewing area. Walking distance to historic downtown.
Disliked: No complaints. Markedly better than a hostel we stayed in recently in Leadville.

Liked: Best place I have ever stayed for the value. Private facilities available, would recommend to any traveler. Staff was excellent. Comfy beds.
