Decent place to stay, very clean, quiet and bathroom shower is amazing.

Liked: Beds are super comfortable!
Disliked: The parking waa like going through a maze and there is no bathtub but the shower more then makes up for it.

Liked: Just localization.
Disliked: The breakfast was not included for two person. It was included a little food, totally limited for 2 item per room, it meaning that you can't eat or have a decent breakfast in this hotel. I'm so frustrated and even talked with the staff, he didn't fix it and also ignored the issue.

Amazing stay

Liked: Everything was over my expectations, it was very comfortable, the staffs were great and the location is close to everything.
Disliked: The hotel don't have a cork opener.

Great Stay at Saint James Hotel

Liked: The hotel is very clean and modern and extra precautions were put in place due to the Covid situation. There is complimentary coffee/ espresso in the lobby. All employees are very professional, friendly, helpful. At checkin I received a gift bag with chips, water and a snack bar along with a coupon for breakfast at Freshies which is in the hotel. One orders from a menu and picks up in the morning. The breakfast is very full and included complimentary orange juice. The room is very well appointed and above average in size and full of amenities such as safe, slippers, bathrobe. Everything was perfect such as comfortable bed, minifridge, microwave, desk, sofa and good sized TV. The bathroom was good size and very clean. I had a restful sleep. In the evening I asked for an received an extra snack bar after eating some spicy food outside. This hotel would be great for extended stay as lots of closet, drawer space and laundry room. This hotel is a tremendous value.
Disliked: This is not really a criticism but I would have liked a room with a bathtub as opposed to a shower. However there was a potential room available with a tub in an area where they are renovating. In the future once renovations are complete this will not be an issue.

Liked: The hotel is new ( 4 years old) extremely clean. Front staff are all very friendly, helpful and professional. Lobby is quite modern with tv and a complimentary coffee/ cappuccino machine.The room is beautiful and rather large. I stayed in a King room with nice, comfortable bed. The room is fully equipped with a coffeemaker, minifridge, microwave, slippers, safe, large T.V, large closet, desk. The bathroom is quite modern with plenty of towels and toiletries. I received a healthy breakfast of eggs and fruit as well as complimentary bottle of water, nature bar and snacks. It was very quiet.
Disliked: The only criticism which was not a major issue for me was the heating/ cooling system. I found it was a bit noisy when I turned on the heat and the whole system could be updated. I prefer controls on the wall as opposed to the old style heating/ cooling unit.
