Liked: Lobby service, location, bed, and shower, photo background at the lobby
Disliked: I wish the bar had had more of a lively atmosphere.

Liked: I was worried that the room with be too small in the French Quarter. It wasn’t at all. There were 3 of us and it was perfect. Staff was very pleasant. The restaurant is the bar.

Liked: The staff are attentive and check in was a breeze.
Disliked: That parking info wasn't sent prior to check in

Liked: Great location! Beautiful on the inside and rooms were nice. I did appreciate that staff were at the door to make sure not just anyone could walk in.
Disliked: I didn't like paying extra high incidentals nor did I like paying $50 valet a night for parking when I'm paying to stay at the hotel that at least parking should be free. I did feel some type of way that I couldn't use the refrigerator for my personal items either.

Liked: The front desk staff (throughout my stay) greeted me each time I exited and entered the bldg. The valet staff provided excellent service. My stay exceeded my expectations.
Disliked: Expectation was exceeeded.
