Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: Room service was good for breakfast, except they forgot to put toast on plate with eggs. Last night there, book room service for a sandwich and dessert and it never arrived so I went to bed. to late to fuss. Mattress was in a wood box thing, was very squeeky 38.00 a day to valet the car is a little much

Liked: The room was very stylish and spacious.
Disliked: My view was of the back of the building and the other rooms on that side. Next time, I'll need to request a street view. I also thought there would be a refrigerator in the room, but there wasn't. It would have been nice to store cold drinks for later.

Liked: The decor is fun, slightly quirky! Staff is wonderful always. Location is good. Pool table is a plus.
Disliked: There wasn't anything we were unhappy with.

Liked: Modern comfortable. I liked the extra style touches.
Disliked: Better execution of the modern style could have been made. For example, the glass shower doors soaked the marble floors with each shower. This could have been avoided with a silicon guard on the door.

Liked: Funky hotel, spacious room and bathroom, silent room (facing inner courtyard). Very well located on the edge of the French Quarter.

Liked: Our room was one of the most comfortable rooms I've stayed in, innola. Lots of room and the special touches were awesome! The bar in thelounge is one of my favs!
Disliked: Only one slight "hiccup" during our stay there..... The frontdesk staff (night shift) were extremely rude. We tipped in advanceearlier in the day to have our bags, along with a very special packagewhich was shipped to the hotel, to be taken to our room due to ourchecking in early before our room was ready. We received a voicemailthat afternoon to confirm our bags were in our room, along with thepackage, which we thought was a very nice touch. Upon arriving back tothe hotel later that evening, we found no bags, nor the package werethere. I called the front desk to inquire and she tried to argue withme, telling me they were sent. I went to the front desk to address theissue and she basically called me a liar and said she just got on shift30 minutes ago and didn't know what I was talking about (I had justgot off the phone with her). I travel often and have never been treatedso rudely by hotel staff, especially at a place we are spending a lot ofmoney to stay at. On a positive note, all other staff were great! It wasjust the one bad apple who was either having a bad day or simplydidn't want to be there. Regardless, it was unacceptable.
