Liked: outdoor pool and coffee.
Disliked: it’s soo noisy! this property is along the highway…cars are right there.I had super bad cell reception and the wi-fi didn’t work. major problem.

Liked: The location was great. The rooms were very clean. The pool was really nice - wish we could have used it. Oscar was extremely helpful but was not there for long.
Disliked: We had an interesting experience. There was no one at the front desk when we checked in. After calling both numbers at the front desk Oscar showed up. Our room was not ready so her gave us a different room. In the afternoon our power went out and the only person on staff who didn't seem to know anything or care tried calling someone to help but he did not answer and when he did it could not be fixed so we had to move all of our belongings in the pouring rain to a new room. That room was nicer than the one without power but this was extremely inconvenient - especially in the pouring rain. I feel like they have a great facility but need to get their act together. They are extremely under-staffed. The business hours are 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. but I think you need someone available for more hours than that.

Our stay was fabulous and...

Liked: Loved the sound machine in the room, what a nice touch!! Also loved the bagged ice available in the breakfast/coffee area - so convenient!!
Disliked: Had a little trouble navigating the heat/AC systems during a "between seasons" stay.
