Disliked: The toilet didn’t work well, the refrigerator and tv down t work at all. Lots of things notWorking for close to $500 a night

Liked: Beautiful and clean hotel with a great pool, balcony rooms with stunning views, and direct beach access. Perfect location—walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the Convention Center.
Disliked: Only downside: breakfast is too expensive.

Disliked: Fire alarm went off could use elevators almost the whole day. Room service was poor and was rudely addressed by kitchen staff. Most do not speak English. A housekeeper entered my room without knocking with a pillow.

Liked: The whole experience from arriving to leaving... made us feel like royalty from arriving and our bags being taken care of, food on the beach delivered to us, beach chairs and towels provided. Late night room service... we loved the view and the room... it was such a great atmosphere with the art

Our favorite hotel in Miami!!

Liked: We are long-time fans of this place, we have stayed probably 7 or 8 times, the staff keeps us coming back! Melody at the front desk is AMAZING, and we love Vito and Mickey at the pool bar, and the guys at the beach are awesome too! We love the smaller, swanky vibe, and you can't beat the location on Collins, close to everything, but not right in the craziness. Tons of restaurants and shops in every direction. We will continue to keep coming back!!
Disliked: Nothing to dislike!!!
