Pleasant

Liked: Very comfortable bed and room
Disliked: Noise levels were very high until late at night which wasn’t clearly advertised on booking.com or put in the information booklet (said music was 9-12pm rather than 9-2am).

Exceptional

Short break to Chester

Liked: Nice place good location friendly staff, stayed 3 nights mid week had open mic night on Wednesday night which was good. Dog friendly which was a bonus because we travel a lot work our dog , hopefully will return some time in the future 😏🤟
Disliked: Can't really think of anything we didn't like .

Liked: lovely staff. Nice breakfast. very noisy early in the morning. but can't be helped being on a main road. the staff with chains on her glasses did try charging us for milk for the room coffee facilities.

Great stay at the Saddle...

Liked: The saddle Inn is a lovely rock inspired pub/hotel . I stayed in the Metallica room and it was great, had everything you need. Very good value for money as well. The staff that sorted the room out for me was lovely and she was very helpful! Breakfast was pretty good too!

Liked: Staff, food, entertainment were all brilliant, had a great night in the pub. Breakfast was good quality and plenty of it. Just a short walk to all that Chester town centre had to offer. Would definitely stay again.
