I would highly recommend this hotel and would go back for sure. Great location within walking distance of many good restaurants and attractions. Offers onsite parking for no cost.

Liked: Friendly, attentive service; comfy pillow top beds with good pillows; great shower with good water pressure and large shower head. Restaurant staff was great very helpful and attentive.
Disliked: Room A/C didn't seem to cool as good as the hall units but still comfortable temperatures.

Liked: It was convenient to everything we wanted to do. The bedding was very comfortable.
Disliked: We stayed on the 4 th floor. The elevator only went to the 3rd so we had to get off on the 3rd and walk a long way to another elevator to go to the 4 th floor. The lighting in the bathroom wasn’t very good. Hard to see putting on make up. The Little Palm Restaurant wasn’t very friendly. They always said we needed reservations even though we were hotel guests. They would eventually seat us but they acted like they didn’t want to. When this happened there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. Strange!

Liked: The location was walking distance to everything.
Disliked: It was dirty. Found broken glass in bathroom floor, sink was broken, throw rug had large stain and was dirty, the drawers had sand in them. And the reservation system for poolside seating left many guests unable to use the pool, which was one of the reasons I booked here.

Liked: The vibe is great and the rooms are a good size. The beds are COMFY! The location is fantastic-it really can't be beat. The pool area looks great-it was cold when I was there but I'd go back when the pool is open for sure. The bikes were also great to have thought they were a bit worn out.
Disliked: The gear garage equipment was worn down pretty good.

Liked: What a sweet hotel tucked away in the heart of downtown Charleston. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We loved borrowing items from their “toy box”. Having chairs and towels, a radio and games to take to the beach made it so much more enjoyable.The hotel has a lovely vibe both at the pool and around the property.
