Friendly owners, great breakfast, wonderfully...

Liked: The hotel was beautifully presented and decorated to a high standard. Spotlessly clean and always smelt lovely too. The owners were very friendly and provided a wonderful breakfast with a good choice of options. The location was very good as Wilton Parade tram stop is almost opposite the hotel or a 15 minute stroll into town. There is limited parking out front, but there is an option to buy a permit for £10 a day to park just to the side of the hotel (limited number of permits available). Alternatively you can park in the neighbouring hotel The Grand for a 24 hour rate of £12, which can be bought online.
Disliked: A very minor point, but bigger towels would be good! Other than that we can’t think of any issues.

Best BnB I’ve ever stayed...

Liked: Immaculate property. Every room is meticulously decorated and cleaned to a high standard from the bedroom and private bathroom, to the dining area and bar. On arrival, we received a warm welcome from the owner, very professional, attentive and friendly. Beds were very comfy so we enjoyed blissful rest both nights. Breakfast was 0830-0930 with a choice of cooked items and plenty of tea and toast. The hotel has great views of the sea so ask for a sea view by calling the owner direct. It is located just down from the north shore but you can get a tram outside the hotel (£5 day pass) so you can travel around if you don’t feel like walking.
Disliked: The bar closes at 10pm BUT the owners worked around the clock and were up early cooking our breakfast so you can’t have it all ways.
